Thank you for using City of La Habra's Water Billing online account management system. With this system you can:

• Make a Payment
• Set Up Paperless Billing
• Sign up for AutoPay
• View Your Bill
• See Your Usage History
• Look at Your Account History

To make a payment, simply log in to your account with your REGISTERED email address and click on Make a Payment. 

FIRST TIME USERS, you will need a copy of a recent bill so that you can register:

• Last Name or Business Name
• Account Number
• Your Email Address 

EFFECTIVE 4/20/26, the City of La Habra lockbox located at the INACTIVE PASADENA ADDRESS WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT

CHECKS mailed to that location. Any customer check sent to this inactive lockbox will be RETURNED TO SENDER

and may cause delays in payments that could result in LATE FEES.

This update affects all customers who use Bill Pay or submit check payments by mail.

Please direct all lockbox payments (both Bill Pay and mailed checks) to the following address:

If you utilize your bank's Bill Pay service, please update the address manually as the City of La Habra is not

connected to the banks so the Bill Pay address field must be manually populated (do not use auto-populate feature).
